No one was there and the location even looked abandoned with a run down old building. Lock on keybox was rusted and hard to open. I will say the truck itself was in excellent condition

why was my pick up and then drop off location chnaged ?? ?? Someone needs to go to the drop off site and actually see what is there.

The location was fine. Getting the U-Haul was a nightmare of a process. I had to go to two different locations neither of which had people. I had to get on the phone with the 800 number and do a 3 way call just to get help. The U-Haul mobile check in completely failed.

Reservation was confirmed by regional office. Pickup location was not by appointment time. 3 different phone numbers posted outside. I had to call regional office so they could contact local employee to let them know we were there.she assumed it could be a mobile rental that didn’t require physical presence , even tho we reserved for in person rental. My dad is 71 and is not tech savvy. Owner of location sent her son to facilitate rental. Once we finally received keys, was advised no blankets were available and we had to go to a different location. Truck was dirty, sand on interior, half take of fuel, no paper rental agreement provided. Again not everyone is digital. If you run a business , be professional and pay attention to details.

Site was dirty and quite frankly not safe feeling. Whoever processed my drop off, lied about the vehicles fuel level. The site was so sketchy I took picture and video of the uhail equipment incase it was vandalized before a representative could get to it.

The location is in a less than desired location and there was no one on site for me to leave a complaint about the truck having a water leak or damage to my items. The gate to the facility had be damaged for what looked like years and was laying in the brush and covered in weeds. I called in my time of drop off to the phone number on the contract and got a recording, I felt uncomfortable leaving the truck here..

There was no one there it was a open field and no one was one site grass was high not a nice place at all I will never rent again from uhaul I went to three places in lake city and and all said no they only take trucks sad ! I called the 800 number to tell someone I left it in the field . I was told but St. Cloud that any place in lake city would take it ….that was not the case …. I spent a hour trying to find a place to take it . Thank god when I called customer they told me to take to Wilson but that was and a safe place at all . It’s not a place that uhaul should use it’s not a mini storage it a broken down building in the back of a shack .

It took a little more time as there is only one person working and the family in front of us was starting their process. We had already done everything on line. Then it took awhile to get the key once our order was processed. We appreciate the help in getting the size of U-Haul we requested. It was very clean!!

I was charged for dolly and furniture pads, the location did not have these items therefore I dud not have those items.. They also charged me for 3 rental days when I only had for 2. I disputed this and a month later I get a surprise deduction from my bank account. Very unhappy.

The place I picked up my truck was vey organized and I was on my way very soon. The lady knew what she’ was doing and very courteous and professional.

Had to call number on door for someone to show up to process my rental and give me my truck. I had originally rented for 4 days but had to bring back on first day do to an emergency. Of course, no one there again when I came back to return. Had to leave a message again to which no one ever returned my call and they still charged me for all 4 days rental. Truck was nice and pretty new but customer service was poor.

This location is across the street from a drug house. Three drug deals went down while I was sweeping out the uhaul. Extremely dangerous.

Made a 12:30 PM reservation and no one was available for me to pick up my U-Haul & moving blankets. I did not get my U-Haul until 1:40 PM, even though I reserved it at 11:30 AM for a 12:30 PM pick-up.

BC Mimi Storage was very accommodating on our request for an early Sunday truck pickup. Ms Waters and the Owner were very pleasant to coordinate our request. A Mom & Pop (Son) shop with Great people! Don’t forget to make an appointment for pickup and drop off, The process will be seamless if you do. Thank you very much Ms Waters, you made it easy on a day with a lot of hard work. Thanks BC Mini Storage for the Great service.

The location is run down, and the man that runs the place couldn't be bothered to talk to me, or check in the equipment. I had to check it in remotely using my phone. Would not recommend.

We had a 12 noon appointment nobody was there. I called the number on the building. The person answering the phone said she did not know they had a rental today. She was running errands and would get back when she got back and we had to wait. About an hour later she finally showed up. She was mouthy and said I guess you can come in. Then she argued with me about my reservation and said she didn't have me reserved for an appliance dolly. She then told me I had to take what she had. After arguing with me, and me calling uhaul she finally said she would call and find me an appliance dolly. Once she did she said I had to g pick it up. I asked what kind of discount I would get and if I would be charged for the extra miles and she said of course you will because it is not her fault. I tried calling uhaul multiple times but each time I hung up after being on hold for over an hour. This caused me to miss my appointment with my storage room and I was not able to drop my stuff off until the next day. I also lost my 1st month free of storage because I had to cancel my appointment. I feel I should get a major refund for this problem. This was not my fault and I believe the pickup location should be closed. The people there are incompetent and very rude. I am not sure I will ever us uhaul again because of the dealer.

I never received my dolly, yet got charged for it. I had to talk to someone over the phone to do my contract at the location. When I walked in the location, the person was sleep on the couch with half of his clothes on. I won’t be using this location ever again!

I will never use this drop off location again. No one was there. If it hadn't been for a helpful guy with a food truck near the location, I would have been lost. He said that if we called the number, the guy that was supposed to be there would show up. It also looked like a used car lot as the U-haul trucks were surrounded with used cars.

When I finally got the owner on the phone, he was responsive and helpful, but the location was by appointment only. I wasn't told that, so went there first and had to leave, then come back, towing the dolly.
