Trailer had a flat tire and when I asked for it to be replaced the person told me he would just add air to the tire and if it went flat while I was on the road, I could call to have U-Haul send someone out to fix it. Obviously that’s not an ideal situation and I asked why he couldn’t just repair it now, his answer was that he didn’t have another tire. Also they were not prepared to accommodate a cash payment. Also I was not made aware of the extra charges for pigtails for the lights.
