I dropped off the truck on Sunday as scheduled. Put the keys in the box. Got a call on Tuesday from uhaul asking where the truck was. Explained it was dropped off. The rep said she would take care of everything. She did not. I went to rent a truck a few days later and was told I had an open order. Explained it all again. Had to sit on the phone for 30 minutes while this lady went back and forth doing what the previous lady said she would do and the drop-off location should have done. What a pain. Nobody checked the truck in.

The location was not marked with signage. Being fro out of town this was a problem. The trailers were to close. I had to maneuver back and forth to get mine out. No one was there to help me load. I was not aware of this before I arrived from Cleveland. All that being said I was able to get a trailer and move my cargo back to Cleveland. Whomever I texted was very nice and instructed me what to do. After a few pictures and ID I was on my way! Its all good Thank you!

Drop off was easy however, I wish the location initially displayed during bookings. For some reason, drop points are listed many more miles away, at much less convenient locations. If I hadn’t known this location, I couldn’t have requested it.

I had Christmas presents in the enclosed trailer and when we got to our destination the boxes and wrapping were all water damaged.
