Michael PPlace needs cleaning up. There is some sort of store in the lobby where the clerk is trying to sell off brand items. The door is filthy as well. However the service was top notch.

JENISE LTire pressure light was on and dashboard false light the tire pressure monitor needed to be serviced. Dolly was not in truck, causing me to have to pay someone to help me with the move.

Mila TAt first this location had the vehicle then they didn’t they they called back to say they did. After all the flip flop, I was charged $220 for damage that I didn’t do. They didn’t upload any before pictures to compare. They didn’t ask me to sign off or do a walk around before hand. Be careful when renting from this location

CHARLES CThe air conditioner only came out of the defrost area, it was over 100° the day that I rented this vehicle. I returned the vehicle 50 minutes earlier than my reservation end time, but I was charged for an after hours return, I'm not sure if I get charged because they were closed upon my return or they're saying I was late returning it. I wouldn't know because the U-Haul app would not let me complete my delivery back to the facility after I put the keys in the box the app stopped and would not do anything else so I could not even complete the time that I returned the vehicle. So between the air conditioning issue, after hours return charge, app stopping and also I returned it with the exact amount of gas that it had in it at pickup (I only put 15 miles on the truck) I got charged for 8 gallons of gas so NO I'm not happy with this EXPERIENCE at all.
Cheryl DMy check in was a pleasurable experience. A few days before pickup, I was called by BMS to confirm everything. When I got there, the truck was ready and everyone was friendly and nice. They were organized and they knew what they were doing.

CARLOS RThe self return process is abysmal. It won’t take your location through a web browser on your phone, so you have to get an app. Then after taking the time to get an app, you have to take 60 pictures of the vehicle and give naming rights of your first born child before it’s done, while the van still gets checked over the next day by the location anyway. Make this process easier and not take 40 minutes. Had the place been open it would’ve taken 30 seconds to return the vehicle.

willie dFirst Trailer was a 4X8 Door was 42 inch not 48, could not use to hall my mower. retuned it dealer refused to give refund .of $24 dollars. So I had to rent a 5x12 for $37 For Half day. Dealer was Rued .
