Consider accommodation for the price on those with a long distance to travel. I basically moved majority of my stuff alone and drove from Valdosta, Ga to Chicago, IL. I couldn't afford to pay help and work around schedules.DEROCCIUS H.

There was a glitch in the computer at that location that delayed our transaction. It was not the fault of the person working there. This was a convenience store. There was one person there trying to take care of the convenience store while taking care of in store customers, and take care of fuel purchases and sell lottery tickets an also do Uhaul transactions. This place is a quickie mart. The lone employee was flabbergasted at the return duties. It took him over 30 minutes to process the return. Everybody in line put their selections down and walked out. He had a VERY negative attitude!Ellis C.

Location trumps service. Owner locks main return area while having discussions with his 2nd business behind the first. While processing return, he takes care of other customers in between instead of finishing the check in process. But, the location can't be beat for this city.Elizabeth D.

When I showed up for the car hauler, Victor the local service tech arrived. He was superb! If it wasn't for him I would not have gotten the lights to work. He had to replace the light cable. He was very helpful in helping me get the trailer on correctly.Kenneth E.
The location was at a local gas station. The representative was the only one running the gas station counter, so he had customers constantly stopping him to tend to their needs. The representative didn't walk with me to check the equipment. When i missed the window to do the walk through on the app, I was told to have the representative there do a walk through with me and log any existing damges to the equipment when I went inside he said "don't worry about it your'e good to go". I just took pictures on my phone with any pre existing damges. Would not recommend picking up from this place or dropping off.Michael M.

The person was not knowledgeable on how to take off the car trailer hitch attached to the rental truck. He could have caused damage to the equipment and I would have been reponsible. Also he was impatient because he assumed I knew what to do after I repeatedly told him I don't. Having difficulty navigating computer system. Despite the delay they were very friendly, polite and did their best to remedy.Craig H.
Pickup lasted 3 hours! Didn't understand English. Cheats! Tried to persuade me NOT to buy insurance! Wouldn't select the option for the insurance I wanted until I insisted multiple times I wanted insurance. Paperwork was messed up by them multiple times. Tried to switch trucks on me, giving me the far inferior, smelly, dirty, old one when a newer, cleaner, better truck was available. Made all sorts of excuses for not printing the required paperwork and not giving me a receipt, including running out of printer ink! Was never my ideal pickup location. UHaul traffic department in Albany/Columbus, GA wasn't willing for my closer ideal location to go pick up the truck from them, even though my ideal, closer pickup location was willing. Avoid this location like the plague. Please find another pickup location. Do you want your move to be delayed by three hours?David A.
