Called BP the night prior to my pickup and the associate conveyed that they opened at 7 on Sunday morning the 21st. Arrived at 715 to find store vacant. Waited here and made several calls to uhaul one uhaul associate confirmed that they should be open by now and I might have a problem I she gave me uhaul traffic #and told me to call them at 9.went and grabbed a bite for breakfast and came back to BP to find it open. Attendant was rude and running behind because of his own tardiness. I was paying 3 moving helpers by the hour to help me. Uhaul does not care about it's be customers I know because I rent at least ,15 trucks a year and things like this occur often And uhaul never tried to compensate anyone for all their lost time.Robert D.

Person at store could barely speak English and U haul agent never showed up. We had to call U haul to get someone that knew what was going on and to get a key for the vehicle. This location should be eliminated as it really gives U haul a black eye. I would hope in the future someone representing Uhaul would research the rental locations to ensure that Uhaul is represented as a first class company, not a company that doesn't give a s**t.Randy L.

First, the location should open at the time it says. Second, have the customers equipment ready and available at the time requested. Third, don't charge for something not provided. Fourth, call back when you say you would. Overall my experience with U-haul was unacceptable and downright horrible. I paid and reserved a 20' truck but got a 15' truck that was dropped off the night before. The store wasn't open at the time it was suppose to. I get a call saying I have the wrong truck and hour late. Michael Coffey made a new reservation saying the gas was full and the truck was in good condition. Neither was the case and when I went to turn in the truck, they tried to charge me for gas that was never there.Brian D.

Make the checkin process better. I was not given the lockbox code to get the key until I used the chat and indicated a couple times that the inside counter was NOT a uhaul site with the keys. Finally the code came and all was fine. 30 delay in my getting started with the truck.Jeff H.

I did not rent the vehicle. BP gas station person wasn't helpful. I couldn't cancel. I'm sure your records indicate the vehicle didn't move. A refund of the $70 would be nice and appropriate. Thank you.Jason G.

When we got to the location the attendant didn't think he had a key for the uhaul we were assigned to. We used the code for the box, but the key inside was not the key to the correct vehicle. The correct key was not in any box. The attendant said he didn't have it. Come to find out he had it behind the counter, yet we had already called the help number 3 times trying to get through. We ended up being well behind schedule because we couldn't just grab the key and go as it was supposed to be.Andrew F.

Truck was good. People in gas station couldn't or wouldn't communicate. They gave me a number to call. The manager I talked with on the phone was very responsive and sent me to another location to pick up blankets. He also gave me a discount for my inconvenience. But that did not improve the schedule pressure I was under because of about on hour delay. This BP station did not answer the phone number provide when I made the reservation and did not return my call. Find another pickup point, perhaps on Page Avenue.Bruce W.
Our experience picking up the truck will be the reason we will never use Uhaul again. My husband did the online check-in but never received the lockbox code to get the key. The attendants at the BP gas station gave him a number to call which went to a full voicemail inbox so he waited for 30 minutes in a gas station with no help. We had to call the main Uhaul number and at first they said they couldn't help but on a follow up call they somehow had the information.Jackie D.
I personally had an great experience. I received assistance from clerk as I didn't know how to check in online. And then I received assistance from the manager. They were very courteous and assisted me as a senior citizen. Very much patience with me.. Thank you both so much.Vicky M.
