The key was not in the box for pick up and the equipment wasn’t in the truck. Luckily a really nice employee at the store next door tried to gather what he could and was super nice. But the truck was empty on gas, so it took us an hour to get started by the time we found keys, the equipment, and gassed up. I don’t think we will use mobile pick up at a location not maintained again.
