Dropped trailer off after hours but the UHaul website we were supposed to use would not allow us to upload photos as required. After 30 minutes on hold the UHaul rep told us the trailer showed returned but the photos did not upload. That part was very frustrating.

No clear instructions at the location on where to go or who to talk to. However, drop off only took a few minutes.
Scott MInitially had a hard time contacting anyone at the location. As there seems to be three businesses run out of this location, sometimes the phone was not answered during business hours. When I left a message, my call was never returned. I had to go in personally to get the reservation arranged. I was as contacted by James at the regional office, however, and he was able to get everything completed and ready. All I needed to do after that call was to show up and have the key to the truck handed to me. That part of the experience was exceptional after the beginning of the reservation being very lackluster.
Patrick MThis location was an hour out from my original pick-up location. Waiting for the U-Haul took way too long. Upon arriving at this location for the pick-up, I did the online check-in; however, there seemed to be problems finding and confirming my information. Then, once getting the U-Haul, I found that the door was not working as it should, which caused a lot of difficulty closing the door properly, so I had to use the passenger side door. Then I had to drive to a different location where I was going to pick up a 4' by 8' trailer for U-Haul to drop off at my destination, but they did not have the trailer, which took another hour. Overall, I would not use U-Haul moving trucks or recommend them to anyone else.
BREND RThe key was not in the box for pick up and the equipment wasn’t in the truck. Luckily a really nice employee at the store next door tried to gather what he could and was super nice. But the truck was empty on gas, so it took us an hour to get started by the time we found keys, the equipment, and gassed up. I don’t think we will use mobile pick up at a location not maintained again.
