It took 45 min to get the car. U-haul instructed me get tge key out if the key lock. They had them with no keys. I called u-haul they had no idea where the keys were. The gas station attended had them.
NOREEN MTruck was snow covered with ice on the windshield that I had to clean. The agent took about 10 minutes staring at my printed reservation to figure out what to do. I think he said 2 words.
Nicholas GThe process was a little clunky since the guy at the desk didn't work for Uhaul and it had to be done over the phone. But overall, not a difficult experience.

STANLEY AI used the mobile app to pick up the van but the keys weren’t in the lock box. I went into the station to get the keys and the attendant wouldn’t give them to me without his managers approval. The whole process took 1hour of our time. I also paid for a dolly and that wasn’t in the truck either. Awful awful awful experience.
Michele FPickup was rough, return was not processed until over 12 hours later, I even got a call from a district office, asking if I was returning the unit. Also charged for $36 gas, when I only drove 4.9 miles.
KEVIN WI thought things were good until I got the bill. Without my approval, the $26.00 insurance charge was added to the bill. Further, the vehicle had the tire warning light on and the message said that the RR tire was low. When I told the rep. at the gas station, he said not to worry about it. That was fine. I am just grateful that the tire didn't go flat while we were using the van. The van was clean, but, having the warning light on makes me feel that it was not "well-maintained."
