Pickup was rough, return was not processed until over 12 hours later, I even got a call from a district office, asking if I was returning the unit. Also charged for $36 gas, when I only drove 4.9 miles.

I thought things were good until I got the bill. Without my approval, the $26.00 insurance charge was added to the bill. Further, the vehicle had the tire warning light on and the message said that the RR tire was low. When I told the rep. at the gas station, he said not to worry about it. That was fine. I am just grateful that the tire didn't go flat while we were using the van. The van was clean, but, having the warning light on makes me feel that it was not "well-maintained."
