ROBIN JWas very simple and smooth to do the rental through them. A big plus is this location is open late for returns.

JEROME HThere is no customer service at the drop off location just a lockbox we took the pictures of the vehicle. The vehicle was clean.. we drop the key in the contract in the box and went on our way. We had the vehicle for less than eight hours, and it was a total disappointing experience.

LUCIANO ITruck seemed to have mechanical issues. Did run but very loudly. Exterior trim light had come out hanging by the wires. I poked it back in and put tape over it so my stuff wouldn’t get wet. Gas meter was noted as an extra 1/5 tank than was actually. That wasn’t a big deal but it’s all part of the experience. Not a negative experience necessarily but seemed like truck wouldn’t make it much longer. 119,000 miles. Pickup location attendant was on phone the entire time I was checking the truck out. Seemed nice enough but very rude to be talking to someone personal while working with a customer

ERIC PThere is almost always the size I need even last minute. The staff are quick and helpful, understanding you have moving to get to! They are also very good at communicating with you about your rental and helping you hook up and drop off. I highly recommend this place!

Zachary RThese comments are about Uhaul in general. There was an issue with getting the car carrier at this location. When I called Uhaul, I was told that equipment is not guaranteed and I would need to drive 50 miles to pick up the car carrier myself. I found this out by calling myself to check a couple days before the date. I would have been scrambling if I had waited for Uhaul to call me. Why doesn't Uhaul move equipment to locations? Why would anyone make a reservation for equipment if it can't be guaranteed at a location?

Larissa GThe app was clunky and cumbersome. I didn't start with the app when I reserved and it didn't seem to link my reservation when I downloaded and installed it. There wasn't a place to enter a pre-existing reservation and move forward. It somehow got connected but not sure how. Then the app couldn't determine I was at the location despite having permission. Then on one screen it would say I'm there but when trying to check in it couldn't locate me. That all said the staff at this location was excellent! At pickup he was very friendly and helpful and got me checked in quickly and easily. Return was even easier and faster. Will definitely use again for any rental needs and recommend to anyone they use uhaul at this location!

The return was the issue they had a young girl working that knew nothing she said im sure they will check it in later. I would like a paper saying i dropped it off on time and that i wont be billed more. Inspite of that good place would recommend.
