It was unorganized. They didn't have the equipment I asked for. They double charged me. Having it at a gas station is nice though.

When I turned the truck back in, I put the keys in an employees hand and asked him directly, "Do I need to do anything else to complete the return? Do I need to sign anything? Do I need to do anything on the app?" He said no to all of this and said I was done. Two days later I got a series of calls and emails asking where the truck was. Turns out the employee never completed the transaction. I got another representative on the phone and they told me the guy who is there on Sundays is a relative of the manager and is not properly trained. Absolute incompetence.
DAVID EThis location was terrible to deal with. They didn’t send me the vehicle link till 6 hrs after I picked up the truck, which by then it had expired. The truck bed was not cleaned out, it had broken glass and some trash. I have pictures of the condition.i would not recommend this location for your dealership, very second rate experience I had.
Craig EThey did NOT carry the pads & dollies, yet the website did NOT show that. Further, they required me to drive to Elkhart, adding extra miles to the rental to get WHAT SHOULD HAVE BEEN AT THE PLACE to begin with. Then turn around and they charge me for the extra miles I needed to drive to get what should have been there to begin with. Further, they showed that the fuel was lower to end with than actually was, and charged me for 6 gallons costing an extra $58.88. This is total BS and outright theft of my money to pay for UHauls incompetence.
Mitchell MWe ordered a dolly and they stated they don’t have any. But I still got charged the $10 for it even though I never got it. The truck was also dirty in the inside and in the back of the truck when I picked it up. They were confused when I got there and it was just not a good experience especially for having a dirty truck and no dolly. I won’t be renting from this location again.

DARRYL WI lost half an hour of my scheduled time because the location was closed when i went to pick up my u-haul and the guy on the phone seemed annoyed at a few points when getting me set up with my paperwork. the traction on the wheels were awful as well.
