The Staff at this location was excellent, professional, and courtesy. It made the renting experience wonderful. The only suggestion I have would be to U-Haul itself. It would be nice if the tank was always full for the next customer. It would make it easier for that customer to refill the gas when the equipment was returned.

Give my money back or dispute my charge driving 120 miles two way 61 miles there 61 miles back and get charged $349 for 120 miles while they say I added on an extra 81 miles total to 140 miles with it was incorrect I’m lost because now I have no money going to work this week I’m oissedbat U-Haul and would. Ever recommend someone to this company have a good day

The Truck was an absolute mess. The outside was dirty with mud caked all over the truck the inside was the same way. I was so upset because the whole inside of the truck was filled with dry mud and I didn’t want to get my items dirty. I have never experienced anything like it and I have use U-Haul multiple times. There was a nail in the truck tire so that was an issue we were terrified that something was going to happen and we had to drive almost 100 miles. The passenger side was also filled with dry mud everywhere. I would never go back to this location.

The truck was very low on gas. The first thing I has to do when picking it up was stop for gas. The cab of the truck with filthy--completely disgusting. Looked like it hadn't been cleaned in 9-12 months.

Store owner told me that the uhale wasn't clean which only two hangers in it I went and picked them up and threw them away and then they saw two small screws and still said it wasn't clean and told me the was charging me an 25 dollars to take them out the truck

Was a nightmare getting the keys. Truck was dirty upon pick up. Also, picked it up at a gas station, truck had no gas in it and gas station was out of gas. Went to drop it off, no drop box anywhere to drop the keys off. Had to call customer service 3 times for assistance and still didn’t get anywhere. Jusy horrible experience.

Why did my rental rate increase from 19.95 to 39.95? I overfilled the gas tank by 1/4 tank and have not received a refund yet

The truck was dirty with trash when i got it. Fuel was at <7/8 full, when I returned, the attendant tried to tell me it needed to be full and then tried to charge me for it. I have a picture of the gauge upon pick up, like I always do. It was very frustrating. Won't be back.

The reservation, pick-up, and return process requires using the app. The location did not have public WiFi and the local cell service was minimum. What should have been a 15 minute return process took a half hour.
