The location does not have a U-Hual sign nor it gives instructions on where to go. It literally is a mom/pop gas station that no one would know it is a U-Haul location.

I was charged for miles i didn’t use. I also was charged a fee for gas that i did put in.
Miranda MThe attendant at the location was asleep when we got there. He had not checked in the vehicle and delayed our time by about 30 minutes because he had to complete the check in process. I had to repeat my name multiple times so that he could find our reservation. The location itself was in an unsafe area and we did not feel comfortable leaving our vehicle there. Would recommend U-Haul remove this location as one of its satellites.
