AILTON GThe Auburndale location was locked and no one was there so I had to transfer my drop off and Lake Wales had great customer service and the space I needed. That other location should be stripped of their franchise!!! It was 30 minutes out of my way to the other location but thank God they had space for me at Lake Wales! Brad was amazing!

Gerald RDon't change the location a few hours from pickup.I made the reservation at least a week early and then the pickup location was changed just a few hours before pickup.It cost me more money because I had carefully planned everything to keep the time and mileage to a minimum and when the location was changed it cost me extra money that I shouldn't have had to spend!

Lori MWhen bringing the truck back it was impossible to park it so it didn’t block other trucks because the lot was full and had very very limited parking space. In the return description it say you have to park it so it doesn’t block, I tried to call U-Haul but no one answered and no one called back on the number I provided so I had to park it took several photos of the congested parking lot and hope I don’t get in trouble.

Peter HWent to drop off and let person know that I was here. I was told I could put it anywhere. I had to unhooked it by myself and move to a location I thought was best. Went back in and asked the person of he needed to check it in or if I had to. He said I could or he could and I would get emailed a receipt later. I decided to do self check in to make sure that it was actually checked in.
