Would never use this place again for pick up. Took me longer to rent and return then actual use of van. Then it looked like it was full if anything a hair and they wanted to charge me 7.50 for fuel. Are you out of your mind? Associate had no idea what he was doing.

Unfortunately the person working this location didn’t speak much English which wasn’t much of a problem but he didn’t seem to know what he was doing. Also, he didn’t register my truck as returned which could’ve been a big financial problem for me. I had to receive a telephone call from U-Haul informing me that we didn’t return the truck. The situation was taken care of but they noted the return date as July 5th when it was returned the same day we rented it July 4th.

I chose this location for drop off since it was the closest. After I got there and did the return on the app, the location told me they could not accept the truck since they had a 2 truck limit. There was only one other truck there. I showed them my reservation on the app that showed the drop off location. They refused to try to help and only kept saying I had to take it somewhere else. Most other locations were closed by that time. I had to go even further to return the truck at another location.

Van locked itself on the first moment I turned it on. It took over an hour to get help from someone who brought a spare key. Guy at the gas station Baba Balak was nice and tried to do his best, but it took too long to get help to open van. (I don’t think van should auto-lock itself if it’s on. Just FYI

This location is understaffed. Only one person working and the waiting time is extensive. I had to wait more than 30 minutes at pick up time as well as returning the vehicle. The vehicle was rented for 8 hours and was charged for 2 days. This is unacceptable and I will think twice before renting again from Uhaul.
