Van locked itself on the first moment I turned it on. It took over an hour to get help from someone who brought a spare key. Guy at the gas station Baba Balak was nice and tried to do his best, but it took too long to get help to open van. (I don’t think van should auto-lock itself if it’s on. Just FYI

This location is understaffed. Only one person working and the waiting time is extensive. I had to wait more than 30 minutes at pick up time as well as returning the vehicle. The vehicle was rented for 8 hours and was charged for 2 days. This is unacceptable and I will think twice before renting again from Uhaul.
