There is hardly no room to get the truck in with a trailer
John EGet a better checkout procedure. Picking up this truck was a very bad and long experience. It refused to "recognize" the GPS location that the truck was at and made us 3 hours late getting loaded and on the road. If I ever have to use Uhaul again, I will not get it from an online site.
jeffery pCab and truck was dirty, vehicle maintenance needs to be done on the truck. Cab smelled horrible
Tanya BHaving less calls in queue. Hold times are ridiculous considering it was hard for me to find an area with receptive signal. Road is also hard to find and GPS sends you elsewhere.

Rebecca BI had the worse experience ever and expect a huge lawsuit coming. The lady from Georgia was really nice but there was plenty of issues we had.
