The truck was muddy dirty in front and back smelled awful like dead crawfish...sprayed to try to get rid of oder and left lid open for a while. No pads as ordered was left so my new furniture got scoffed even with me trying to use something else....very disappointing.

Your franchisees need to be more professional. The first place I went to drop off the trailer, Brookhaven Mini Storage, told me 2 things: 1) they would be open at 8:00am on Monday, Sept. 30th. (When I arrived, there was a sign in the door saying they would open at 2:30pm.), and 2) the person behind the counter told my that there was no refund of the prepaid extra days just because I brought the trailer back early. The would not issue the refund of the extra days.

Both times I have rented a truck from a haul dealer in Mississippi my reservation dealer has been changed to a inconvenient location. Causing delays in moving. However, the equipment has been in good operating order.

The office was closed when I drove up between 2 and 3 in the afternoon; had to call 4 numbers before someone finally answered; no one was there to unhitch the tow from the truck and I left exactly the amount of gas in truck that was in it when I picked it up but this location wanted to charge me extra gas? I'm not a very happy camper.

It's not the place but U-Haul ,I was told at the place that I had to put insurance on the trailer and the cost was $429.85 . I told the lady that my insurance covers anything I trow and she told me that it would not let her take it off . But after I call my sister , the lady said that it would and I only had to pay $375 . We only needed the trailer for two days but was told that we had to rent it for four days . When I got to where I was going the guy told me that I couldn't get a refund . That was a great rip-off !

I think I was totally mis led, since I was told it was 19.95 a day, I had it from 8 am to 2-3pm the same day and paid $128. Please tell your future customers about all the hidden charges in advance. I wasn't expecting that, some people might not have had a credit card with them like I did.

This was my first time renting an U-haul, and I must say that the process was easy and smooth. Ms. Sherry at The location was very helpful and detailed. She explained everything to us before hand. I would recommend this location to anyone!

I did not know about a $ 15.00 cleaning charge. We felt like that should of been included in the rental. We have rented before and never had to pay a cleaning fee. Other than that , all was well.

Wanted to pick up trailer (4x8) in Hazlehurst, Ms. which had two dealers. I was notified by e-mail that I had to go 24 miles one way to pick up the trailer in Brookhaven, Ms.

No one to help hitch 6 x 12 trailer to truck. No trailer jack offered. Hurt my back lifting trailer. Thankfully I'm familiar with pulling trailers and knew how to hook up and safely leave since no help was offered.

Put ring type tie downs at various heights inside the trailers and\or increase the size of the tie down holes on the current one that are made of wood.

I would no recommend becasue the lady there was no help in getting the trailer into the spot she wanted it put...this trailer is very heavy and there was no trailer mover or did she offer any help. Had to wait 1 hour to return it as the office was closed.

I rented a car dolly, the only one in town with four U-Haul dealers here. I noticed a split in one tire when looking at it the day before I picked it up. They had the tire replaced by pickup time. That's TCB.

Online, I was offered a discount for dropping off my equipment in Brookhaven Being unfamiliar with the area, I accepted the savings. I traveled 1 hour (round trip) to make the delivery. Since I paid with feul and time away from my destination - WHERE IS THE SAVINGS?? Further, I was charged $128.38 for an extra day because "Movinghelp.com" failed to show up on time. When I explained to a UHaul rep, that UHaul reccommended this company - total indifference! I feel duped.
