We dropped the truck off Sunday early afternoon and they did not get it checked in until Wednesday afternoon. Then they charged us a five dollar cleaning fee and we dropped off the truck better than what we picked it up.

This location was slow / late to open. This location also said I dropped off the trailer late, except I dropped it off on 2/18. My birthday. I remember stuff like that. This location charged me for wrong dropoff. No. this is the location I told everybody I was going to drop it off. I have another Uhaul person, who I can contact, and he will confirm my Antlers Oklahoma drop off plan. So far, both locations of Uhaul corp. has screwed up. I will pay ONLY the amount I am due to pay. I will require an itemized list of charges, for the one way rental, early drop off, trailer insurance, and taxes... NOTHING MORE>

I can’t speak for the actual building or people as they were closed at 12 on a Saturday. The app is the biggest problem. The phone service at this location is not the best. The app would not work and when I called support I was told I had to complete check in on the app or I may get charged $20 for them to check in. Well she’s notated that we had brought it back a day early and said they may not charge us. Well we didn’t get charged for that. But $15 for a cleaning fee?? Why it was cleaned out before I dropped it off and everything was out of it.
