Lois BThe UHaul app was not helpful at all, and the UHaul website wouldn't let me make the pickup on Saturday morning when the business is closed. Fortunately, I visited the pickup location in person 4 days prior and was warned that UHaul would automatically select a different pickup location. Because of this, I was unable to make the pickup through the website. Thank goodness that Mrs. Bailey was proactive and made contact with me Saturday morning making it possible to make the pickup. Fix the app which, so far as I could determine didn't give an option for a pickup, and fix the website so that the pickup location matches the reservation.

PAUL PThe woman that runs the office came in with two large black dogs (120 pounds) that were aggressive - IN THE OFFICE area. I am a disabled VET with PTSD and this scared me greatly. The truck was dispatched with 3/8 fuel tank making me have to get gas before I could even do what I needed to do. Trucks windshield was filthy - someone smoked in the truck and it made a nicotine film/haze on the truck windshield that made it difficult to see with the sun. Truck runs poorly and has steering vibration at 60MPH that is concerning. Lastly, I identified myself as a Veteran - I thought U Haul provided a discount to Veterans - evidently not.

edwin yCell service at the automotive shop was poor. I was told Wifi info was on the door and it wasnt. Took over 30 minutes for pictures to upload to complete the return.

Iva VThe app is frstrating and needs work. The picture areas were inconsistent. When i picked up the truck I was able to attach my own pictures. But when I delivered it back, I had pictures ready but could not attach them. Forced to use your prompts to open the camera. Overall both pickup and return were ridiculously slow and time consuming. Separate a lot of that so it can be done in advance. The biggest frustration was when I went to your app to fill the truck back up, the details page DID NOT give me any information to know how far to fill it. I needed to know the miles to empty and the gas gage level. That was frustrating! Think about what information your customers need and when. I am sure that info was somewhere on my receipt, but this is a paperless process, so needed information should also be showing on my app. The pickup mileage on the truck would also help.

WILLIAM AQuick and easy return. We did not need to go in the building. The clerk completed the check-in via a phone. It took us only about 5 minutes.
Carsietta CThe technician lowered the trailer onto my hitch, without me asking him to do so. He failed to lock the trailer hitch. When we started to load the car onto the trailer, the front end of the trailer lifter and rammed into my tailgate. I have significant damage to my tailgate as a result.
JEAN MPrices were way too high! Rented larger U-haul two weeks earlier for $330.48. Will not recommend U-haul to any friends or family. Poor business decision to exploit customer prices during a pandemic. I will not use U-haul for future needs.
JIMMY RI booked 1 miles from from house. This was 20 miles and 30 minutes out. No dolly. No pads. No one in person. No virtual check in. Very poor. U-Haul not specific to this location. And the car Carrie was in separate location as. Well
