I think the left turn signal/blinker bulb is dead. Also, the parking break release was broken. I think people have been driving this van with the parking break engaged. Which led me to having concerns about the effectiveness of the parking break on Seattle's steep hills. Van needs maintenance!Patricia B.

I would never recommend UHaul to anyone. Not because of the service provided by the non uhaul personnel At the pickupor dropoff locations. The problem stems from the actual uhaul employees who apparently don't know the definition of the terms â€œreservationâ€ or effective â€œcustomer serviceâ€. In order to pickup my full contract reservation I had to go to 4 different Uhaul locations and then return to pick up my car. I made my reservation a week in advance. This is A totally unacceptable manipulation by a company that feels alone in a market.Gary J.

I rented this vehicle 5 days in advance. There was ridiculous confusion caused by U-Haul central booking. I confirmed my rental in advance but shortly before I was to pick up the rental central booking changed my pick up time. SERIOUSLY? Calling was useless..."leave a message and we will get back to you in 24 hours". I resorted to going in person to the office. Central booking had changed my reservation to someone else on short notice and delayed my pickup by 4 hours. To my surprise the representative at the Bainbridge office did not give my rental to someone else on short notice. She was friendly, efficient and helpful. I am very disappointed in the central booking process and will attempt to rent elsewhere in the future.Catherine W.

Was expecting the truck to be cleaned and sanitized due to COVID. Was clear that the cab of the truck was not wiped down as food crumbs and other visible signs that the truck was not cleaned prior to pick up. I ended up sanitizing the cab as much as possible before we used the truck. Seems like something UHaul would want to do to ensure safety during these times.daniel T.

Clean the vehicle! Especially during the pandemic! And the agent called me before I was to pick up the van and tried to get me to switch to a bigger truck because she had someone who was going to Seattle who had just come in and wanted the van that I has reserved many days before. She pressured me as if I was causing a hassle by not agreeing to switch for this other person's convenience. Then she called me back and said "You had a 9:30 pick up scheduled, are you coming in?" I said "No, my pick up is at noon, I will see you then." She said that she would change the pick up time since U-Haul was about to cancel it. I checked my paperwork and it WAS scheduled for noon! She was also very discourteous when I called back and told me to hold while she held the receiver to her mouth and talked loudly to other people in the room. Very weird experience. She probably means well but just needs some training in customer service skills.Lauri H.

Have rented trailers repeatedly from this location and they are generally missing an extension cable for the lights. We then need to pilfer from another trailer or ask the staff. More importantly, the service at this location is poor. The ladies are reliably testy and short. Not overtly rude, but lacking badly in customer service. I'd never return if a better alternative was close that rented the trailers we need. Thank you.Cuba F.

The lady who serviced me at the pick up location was extremely rude. She threw a door at me as I was walking behind her and also threw the dolley into the van very rudely. She screamed at me because I came to the door without a mask - I have a health condition preventing me from wearing a mask, and I can only wear it for very short amount of time before I can get an attack. Very inconsiderate and rude. She treated me with violence by throwing the door on me and also threw a dolley - very violent and rude behavior. She should be taught how to treat customers.Anna B.
