I have had an AMAZING experience with Baker UHAUL- they helped me when UHAUL corporate was a quorum of CERTIFIED idiots! UHAUL corporate allowed someone to take my identity with an ID that didn’t even match mine- and has YET to apologize for the major inconvenience they have caused me… Baker UHAUL helped me get in touch with UHAUL corporate, and advocated on my behalf when the STUPID corporate woman was horrid, and made accusations that I had 2 trailers that I took, 3.5 hours one way with one vehicle.. YIKES. I feel bad that Baker UHAUL had to deal with the clearly stupid UHAUL corporate hires who can’t do basic addition and subtraction… but thank goodness they did! I can’t speak highly enough of Baker UHAUL for helping me!
Toby-Jeanne AWe depend on internet or wifi to help us return trailer. Had to try a couple times on app to get it to let me take and load pictures of utility trailer.
Clinton ACharged me over double what I was quoted. Still haven’t refunded me like they stated they would. I was told 43.50 but was charged 110.20 ish. They said I had the truck two days when I only had it 16 hours. I was told I could drop it off after hours and it would be fine. So I did. I swept it and cleaned it out etc etc. They apparently “didn’t see it” and check it in as there. A giant fucking U-Haul btw. I’m extremely mad and will never be using this service again.

Billy HThe lady at the drop off spot just showed me where to put the Uhaul. I had to back it in and unhook it. A suggestion would be to have the employee be with the customer when returning the Uhaul.
