There is nobody at this location, you need to call a number and wait for somebody to bring the keys of the van, which in my case took around 40 minutes of waiting (Person on the phone said they were 9 minutes away), which is unacceptable and very inconsiderate. Please respect people's time.

I took the truck from 4:30 pm to 11 pm and I was charged for 4 days mistakenly . I call the location but I didn’t received any support yet .
Amro HI was cheated by the operator. The operator mentioned that I had the vehicle for 24 hours, but created a booking for 2 hours. This lead to me paying double. The worst part is that there has been no support from U-haul too. I would never come back to this operator and maybe U-haul.
