it was hard to find and the owner was at work and I had to come back to pick up trailer

TINA NI was challenged with the website checkin, until Justin Smith advised I download the App. He was super! But the pickup facility is only open when the owner has cycle business, so there’s no onsite help. I was at his business too long,( security cameras?)so he did show up. He said his interest was down and he has a day job?? Eventually Justin checked in my truck and all was good. He’s patient, kind and knowledgeable.
