My feedback is not directed at the location or business owner at this location, I view my experience as a lack of support for this location on U-Haul’s side of the business. I scheduled the pick up on line and as a remote pick up, before business hours, so I had a chance to get a full day’s use of the truck. When I arrived, the truck was not ready, interior was somewhat clean, furniture pads and appliance dolly were not in the truck. As it turned out there weren’t even enough furniture pads on site to full fill my reservation. I needed to return later in the day to pick up the balance of pads. I needed to wait for the business to open to pick up the truck. After receiving the truck and making a 12 mile drive, the AC stopped working and the check engine light came on. I reported this to the location I picked the truck up at and was told UHaul would arrange a swap out and call me when the new unit was available. I did not receive this call and because I was already behind schedule, I needed to continue to use this truck.

STEVEN J(This is Tue) The U-HAUL attendant was indifferent when I returned the trailer. I mentioned to her that I think there was a problem with the trailer cause it drains my battery. She didn't seem to be concerned. (This is Sat) I was calling by U-HAUL inquiring if I had returned the trailer to which I said "yes , I returned on Wed, I guess the lady never signed the trailer in in the U-HAUL computer system.
ARTURO LTruck was filthy, had to come all the way back to get the dolly’s
BRIANNA NI received 2 trucks and 2 auto transports. but because one of the auto transports was in a separate location I had to pay for a single auto transport solo, as opposed to the discounted rate of an auto transport when included with a truck. In the end I had no choice and was forced to pay the extra $800 it was for a solo auto transport. This is unacceptable in my opinion, and I will never be using uhaul again.

MOURAD RWe used the mobile app and it worked well. We had to use the app because we needed the truck before the 10:00 Am opening time. The U-Haul Representative, Michael, arrived early and he was able to give us access to the truck in the lot that was crowded and the exit was blocked. We paid for a dolly but it was not in the truck. That was a disappointment. We used our mobile app for the drop off and that went well. It is a user friendly App.
