I hate to do this here, but a recent experience at Apollo Beach U-Haul one week eariler, I had reservations for a Truck AND A TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. I am putting my REVIEW for Apollo Beach here, because I didn't receive a REVIEW from U-Haul for THIS EXPERIENCE. I Called Apollo Beach U-Haul to see about picking up my RESERVED Truck up 2 hours earlier. The owner directed me to another dealer where he said I could get one for the time I wanted. I went there, and there were ZERO Trucks and no-one available. I Called Apollo Beach U-Haul back and told them I would pick up there truck at original time. I now had TWO Reservations in the System as a result. Upon arriving at Apollo Beach U-Haul there were plenty of Trucks, 5 of the same I had reserved, BUT "NO" "ONE WAY" Trucks avalible. By this time a call to U-Haul One Way Rentals assistance could not secure any trucks to rent One-Way without driving more than 50 miles to get another truck.

ANITA LDropped off a U-Haul here twice and no one is on the property. The office appears to be in a storage unit with a sign stating they are closed. Spoke to the sales rep on the phone who was helpful. Good news is he always finalizes my return the next day with no issues. I have no problems dropping off not sure if I would pick up from this location.
WILDA SScott at this location is excellent to deal with as he goes the extra mile to ensure you receive exactly what you coordinated for. Even on the backside of Hurricane Milton he went above and beyond the call to ensure we were taken care of. Further, even though he was ill when we were returning the equipment he ensured the check in went very well. Thank you Scott for all that you do and for being a professional! GARY BI reserved a 5x8, but my reservation was changed to 6x12 without letting me know. Despite the towing rating of my vehicle, the 6x12 was too big/heavy for my vehicle to handle safely. I had significant issues while driving. If someone reserves a specific trailer size, there is usually a reason. More effort to meet the customer’s request would be appreciated,
