You know, if you go to a trailer dealer and they sell you a 4x8 or 5x10 or 6x10 or whatever size, it is based on the size of usable deck to put your load on. You 5x9 trailer is actually only 4'9'' between the sides not 5 foot. What i needed to haul was 4'11'' wide so was 2 inches too wide to fit in the trailer when i should have had an inch to spare, snug fit but it would have fit. Now i need to make another 3 hour trip and spend another 65 dollars in fuel plus take another day to do it. How about a refund? Maybe adverise the actual dimensions of the trailer capacity? Also you ever check some of the various feedbacks on your dealers? The Monroe mi store in particular had a rating of 1.6 out of 5 most due to rudeness of the employees and not having what people reserved ahead of time . Thats why i didnt go there

You put me out of my way to pick this up 45 minutes in another direction for my trip and then it stormed the rest of the time. Thanks for nothing

The only service is truck/trailer pick up. Did not have the furniture pads I had reserved and had to go to another store. App says they have additional packing supplies but they don't. Staff is friendly, however, and did their best to accommodate.

The truck I rented should be either scrapped or auctioned off! The rental location has nothing to do with a truck that has dents and scrapes around the entire thing or duct taped mirrors or engine that smells of burning oil or has 2 quarts too much oil or transmission that winds out to 4200 rpm before shifting or broken a/c or brakes that pulled or wandering steering. I was afraid for my and fellow motorists lives then entire 90 mile 300$ trip.

Have staff fully trained in how to use the U-Haul system. The gentleman who was originally helping me was having difficulty using technology to complete the transaction. A second, and then third, person had to come help him finish the process.

Drop off site was not a great experience. They had political flags hanging from their ceilings and were very rude. They did a walk around and then told me I was over on mileage. I explained that my original drop off spot was Adrian & then was bumped to Dundee and then to Maybee in Monroe county, this being the reason for overage. I was then told I would not have to pay for it but I was lied to and it was not taken off the bill until I called the regional representative of pick up point and they resolved my issue. The Ida - Maybee drop off point is not a asset to your company

Might want to consider a portable step stool as it was difficult for me to get up into the cargo van. I did it - but when I used a step stool from home it was much easier & then I just pulled it up to take with me. Getting down & out was no problem.

You need to improve the software program to make it easy to use. It took so long to get the information put into the computer. Computer lag was awful. Program needs to be easy to operate and not confusing.

The inside of the truck was pretty dirty. Mud on the inside of the truck. Couldn’t complain due to the fact I did the self checkout and that was a pain. But, simple once I was able to figure that out.

There's not a spot on here but I had a flat tire on my trip it it took 4 hours to get your team out to change it! I sat on the side of the highway with my son for 4 hours waiting on the tow company to come out. When they finally arrived they said sorry UHAUL just told us about you waiting so long. Very bad experience. Honestly it makes me never want to rent from UHAUL again because of it. I understand stuff happens and never expect them to be there in ten minutes but 4 hours is pretty ridiculous.
