Drop off site was not a great experience. They had political flags hanging from their ceilings and were very rude. They did a walk around and then told me I was over on mileage. I explained that my original drop off spot was Adrian & then was bumped to Dundee and then to Maybee in Monroe county, this being the reason for overage. I was then told I would not have to pay for it but I was lied to and it was not taken off the bill until I called the regional representative of pick up point and they resolved my issue. The Ida - Maybee drop off point is not a asset to your company

Timothy G.Might want to consider a portable step stool as it was difficult for me to get up into the cargo van. I did it - but when I used a step stool from home it was much easier & then I just pulled it up to take with me. Getting down & out was no problem.
