We will never be using Uhaul again after the way we were treated
Auto MWhile the lady i talked to was very nice and patient trying to pick the truck up was not easy. The app wasn't working properly. So she had to walk me through it manually. Not a user friendly pick up truck app
Nadene CThe location was amazing !! The problem is U-HAUL terrible system and booking experience, multiple calls and discussions to actually secure the truck and then it wasn’t the correct size truck and had to go out of town to get truck !!!
Ryan LEquipment requires an installed jack to raise and lower the trailer hitch for connect on commencement of rental. Paul's service excellent.
MARTYNBRIAN IThe trailer was installed wrong. There was a hole in the roof and my contents got wet. The drop off location had a person who was friendly but difficult to understand and his body odour was off putting and gross.
Margaret RPaul from B&B was superb in customer service. The ongoing issue at all u-haul locations is the need for a jack style item to enable customers to lift the trailer on/off the vehicle ball when locations are closed (or no additional support)

LUIS FSurvey is too narrow. You need equipment to lift the trailer onto customers hitches at all locations. It’s too heavy a 6 by 12 to lift even with help

brent wThe trailer was filthy inside and out. Personnel were great to deal with. Other than the dirty trailer, the only other disappointment was the change in pick up location by you, with less than 24 hours notice. Booked pick up in Leamington and had to change to Tillbury.
Helen NWhen I went to drop off the truck at the agreed location I had to do an app drop off, at which time I was notified there was a need to drop of the truck in a different location because a family ordered the size truck that I used. Uhaul then suggested I do thier job and drop off the truck in that location at cost to me for mileage and fuel. This is disgusting, figure your shit out u haul.

Iain DThe Auto Transport worked well. However, it was filthy with that grey-like dirt and sand which resulted in a lot of dust on me and the car. Is it not supposed to be relatively clean? I ended up washing the whole thing before I returned it, even though it wasn't my dirt.

Allana MThe person I felt with was very rude. I would not recommend this location to anyone. We took a pic with phone when we got it. There was a huge issue over gas where we filled to where its supposed to be and the guy was super rude and threatened to Charge me more. Not happy

Michael WI had to use a jack to lift the trailer. The 6x12 is a heavy trailer. I was surprised there was not a built in crank to lift the trailer. Had I not had a jack, I could not have proceeded with my order. Perhaps you should consider installing cranks. Thank you

Ann Cits a great car dolly, however, the tongue weight is a little much, would better with a small swivel caster to move it around before hook up!

Daniel PPull the franchise from the current holder. He is abrupt and rude. While technically fine, his gruff and demanding demeanor make every interaction a monumental unpleasantness. Whenever possible we take our business to a different location, and will continue to do so.
Stephanie AThought I would give an idea to U-Haul in general. Just thinking, instead of keeping the tank at quarter full, why not keep it full. That way the customer is pretty happy receiving a truck full of gas and there's no guess work to fill it upon return. It may cost more initially but I think customer's would really appreciate it. Just a thought. Have a good day!

SHEILA Mconfusion with dates from what I reserved and what was recorded on receipt when trailer was picked up. Problem might have been with UHaul program in computer system. Dealer unable to help hook trailer up because of bad back. Should be a better system to lift tongue of trailer, No jack on trailer. trailer was clean and when loaded was good to tow.
rod mHey I didn’t bill I haul for not haven the right equipment where it was promised to be and didn’t charge them the extra gas I had to pay going from belle river and back twice cause wrong thing was billed , and I paid more then I was sapossed to . So please rethink your doings ,
