Changed the location of pickup the day of. No one at the location. Would never answer the phone. Wrong code for the key box. Charged me extra for gas when turned in !!!! I can’t say enough negative things about the Montgomery location where I picked up. Good customer service when call the Uhaul reservation number. Not a pleasant experience!!! I would like the gas charge remove as I left it with a fourth of a tank.
