I used mobile pick up/drop off so I cannot comment on inside of location. The vehicle I reserved was there and ready when I arrived. There was nothing necessarily wrong with the location, but I consider it average. I rated it "above average" since there was ample parking, the parking lot was clean and it was well lit (returned truck after dark). I found no reason not to use this location. I will use it again when I need U-Haul services and recommend it to others. The truck was pretty much the same as the other trucks I have rented. I rated it "no" for "well maintained" because it was pretty badly out of alignment. However, the rest of the truck worked fine. It isn't supposed to be a luxury ride. Aside from the alignment, I had no complaints. A/c also worked well and that was a plus. I had no issues with online reservation or using the app for pick up and return. If you haven't used the app before, plan to spend 15-20 minutes getting the truck "checked in" on the app. There have been some improvements to the app, but it still takes a little time.

No gaz at all, Run out of gaz on the way to my apartment
MAMADOU DBiggest issue is if you pick up after hours , you have to deal with UHual online to get access. Then when the battery is dead on the truck you get, roadside assistance not readily available..
MICHELLE CI think this truck I rented was older than Moses. The inside of the cab was so incredibly loud when the engine was at Full Throttle, I wish I had brought ear plugs. This truck was not like other trucks I have gotten through U-Haul which were much much quieter. The gentleman who helped me was very professional and friendly. But that truck needs to be retired.

The excessive number of steps involved in the process resulted in a significant delay of approximately 25 to 30 minutes. Furthermore, the vehicle had an unpleasant odor and could benefit from proper freshening.
