Reserved a 20 ft truck over a month in advance to be told there were no trucks available the day before because it was a "busy holiday weekend." Is that not what the point of having a truck reserved is???????? -- Was originally supposed to pick up the truck from the Pomona location, ended up driving an hour away to Yucaipa to get the truck. Pick up process was easy and fine. Just frustrated that we couldn't pick up the truck from the Pomona location around the block from us as originally reserved.

Edgar GI needed a trailer and wanted to pick it up on the way to my destination, then return it on the way home. I picked a place based on that, and reserved the trailer. About 30 min later I get a call saying it's not at that location, it's at another place (which isn't on the way to my destination). So I had to cancel the reservation and had to call each place individually which was hit or miss if they would pick up the phone. Very frustrated and had to go onsite and then the person there could tell me where the trailer I wanted actually was. Either give the customer the power to see what's at each location (like Home Depot or Lowes) or don't. But don't lie and say it's at a location, then have someone with the power to view where the equipment is and try to get you to reroute based on their view of inventory. Frustrating to say the least.

Anthony cNot much. Servuce was great. Maybe communication between Uhaul and pick up place. We had 2 trucks, the person where we picked up the truck knew we were picking up 2 trucks. He said that the small one was set to be picked up at a later time. I let him know both were reserved for the same time. They let us know it would not be a problem and the customer service was excellent. He got us both trucks and we left with no hassle at all. Great place to pick up the trucks.
