Get him a working computer instead of him having to use his cell phone to process orders. And for him to have everything that someone reserves that they really needed. I never received my. Opt of the contract by email I was told I would get. On any and all changes to my reservation.
ROXANE SGive a better location description, have truck ready and clean when client arrives. This looks to be their side job, It doesn't look like they care much about it and should probably not have a uhaul side business. VERY DISAPPOINTING. My experience with renting the uhaul in Killeen was great and when I dropped it off, wish the pick up could of also been the same.

WILLIAM SMaybe you should.. I don’t know.. get a key pickup box outside the location for the 24/7 pick up customers. Instead of telling customers and advertising the pick up box. Also.. do not assign customers a out of order broken down truck, I waited 2 hours just trying to figure out why my truck had flat tires and a broken cabin. Also.. if the location is out of furniture pads you should make that known!!
Jaeden MThe tow dolly is not recommended for certain cars. The front bumper on my 2015 hyundai sonata hybrid was damaged due to its factory low clearance height. Use an auto transport, it didn't damage my car the last time I towed it.
Stephen GFirst off, the location was supposed to be Safford - not Duncan a 45 minute drive away. Secondly, this contractor was locked out of the Uhaul computer so we HAD to log-in on the app. Thirdly, the app didn't ask for payment so contractor had to call the Uhaul traffic person-who I had to read the credit card number to 5 times before she got it right. Fourthly, I ordered on-line: 6 pads, a dollie for boxes and a furniture dollie. NONE of it was at this location OR supplied with the truck. The ONLY thing Uhaul got right on this order was the truck and it was in excellent condition. If you live in Graham County, south of city of Safford proper, expect a nightmare when dealing with Uhaul. Though the staff are nice, the incompetency is inexcusable.

JAMES ROnline check in is the worst and most impersonal thing ever. Took over 2 hours for us to pick up the truck. Was given an incorrect truck and had to call Uhaul 3 times.
Michael BMy entire order was a fiasco from the outset. The original location I reserved the equipment did not have my order on the scheduled pickup day; I was subsequently sent to a different location which also did not have the required equipment. I then had to drive 60 miles to procure the correct size trailer. This location is out of the way and has limited selection of equipment. However, the representative on site was helpful and accommodating. Despite this, the representative stated that the U-Haul computer system is not yet operational, which resulted in a lack of contract activation. This proved problematic when it came time to return the equipment.
