The person who rented me this unit,( not the Morehead location) Overcharged me. I ordered a 15’ truck and U- haul didn’t have one available so they said they would replace it with a 20’ at no extra charge. But I got charged for the 20’ and I had to drive 35 minutes each way to pick up this unit, they were supposed to discount me having to drive 70 miles instead of my original location which was 4 miles from my location… not happy with U- haul!!

It was a Saturday we had to return the truck Sunday. We wasn’t sure what church schedule is gonna be like and he made us take it for two days Highly unprofessional, and very rude.

Asa JWe have rented from this location several times. Friendly and helpful staff. If we had any questions they answered and cleared up our issue. First time we couldn’t figure out how to get the walkway to go back in all the way. Did what they told us on the phone and gave it a good push and it went right in. :)

We never got all the stuff done but call the drop off location and they were very helpful and verified we had been checking this morning and all was perfect with our return.
