Lack of instruction on the location of key lock box Lack of information regarding remote check-in and assurance confirmations 1/8th full gas tank is a ridiculous standard for dropping off a rental vehicle.

I expected to see something other than a drop box, which I didn’t see at first, at the location like someone to actually talk to. I had no idea where to park the truck and had to call.

This process was more challenging than i expected. The technology was cool but frustrating to get through. As for the location - it is a secluded parking lot behind a multi use office building. There was no one around except some folks going to church. Also, finding a parking lot when you expecting the normal uhaul location made it more difficult. You should add some words to the listing so people know what to expect. The truck was clean and ran fine so no issues there. Oh, the lock box attached to some random wall was unusual as well.

Nickelette, the CSR I spoke to first, told me one thing but Dudley, the CSR at the location at 4400 N Federal Highway Boca Raton FL, told me something totally different-neither was wrong baut conflicted. I called customer service and told Dudley and he still told me no one would be there-the location closed at 6pm. Out of desperation I had to go along with the flow. It cost me more money but what could I do?
