Was amazing and very accommodating. We rented a 5x8 trailer and when we got up the road. My suv blew a heater hose (no fault of uhaul mind you just a weak hose) so we had to turn around. They had no problem halting the transaction and flipping my rental for a small box truck instead. Was easy and stress free the whole time. Alva uhaul is always a must for rental truck/trailer needs.

No cash on hand for refunding the 100 i had to pay as a deposit. Now I have to wait until uhaul does the refund, and I am sure it won't be in cash like I used. This stuff does piss me off, when a.company that is considered a professional company, does not plan ahead for the return event. Especially when the date is set in advance for the return.

The U-Haul app was the primary issue. It would not accept my photo of the vehicle's odometer and gas gauge, so I was unable to complete the check in. Customer service phone line had a 30+ min wait.

We ordered a 26 footer. Day before moving the cask and say they didn't have it. The closest one was an hour and ten minute drive away. They did allow us to pick it up a day early at no additional charge. When we arrived, the truck had one dolly and 5 dozen blankets. We had ordered 2 dozen blankets an, appliance dolly, a regular dolly and a piano dolly. The 24/7 check-in process took over an hour because they require 2 additional people to contact - who can't be yourself so you have to find a friend who will answer the phone at whatever time of day you pick up that truck. Since nobody was answering it took a long time. The agebts were always very kind and helpful, but that didn't change the inconvenience and upsetting process of not being able to get what we ordered.
