The store representative threatened to do damage to the vehicle if we left it there despite our contract stating to leave it at the location. He Claimed that they had no space although there was apparent space. He was unwilling to take any action to help determine an alternative location and became irate and threatening When I asked for help. I attempted to call your service number and was hung up on after waiting on line for 20 mins. I had to call toad side assistance to get any rapid response. Although roadside assistance Rep was helpful, it was obvious that it was not within his normal area of assistance. Rep confirmed drop off location verbally and was confused why location wasn't willing to accept. Quite unhappy with service and has turned me off from your company honestly.John G.

Me and my friend who came here to rent the equipment felt like we were inconveniencing the owner and the service was not given the priority that we felt was necessaryWard W.
Staff was short and rude on the phone. Customer service was just not up to standard. Didn't even walk out to the truck with me and didn't check equipment.I had to verify which truck was which. They had 3 15' on site. Couldn't be bothered to do anything but the bare minimum.Matthew Q.

Truck rental scheduled for noon via your app. Went to pick up truck and we were told to come at 1 because person that does rentals was at lunch. Went back ane all went smoothly. Our rental agreement showed to return it in 23 hours which I assume is because we lost an hour from 12 to 1. Had we known it would not be available at that time we would have scheduled it for an earlier pickup so we could get done sooner. We only need the truck for 8 hours so had it back around 9Robert S.

its just ridicules that after i got on my knees and crabbed the truck, to returned clean i got charged $ 30 , i got pictures of how i got it and how i returned. i think no one should clean them up if we are still going to be charged for it,Suzzy Tile Corp C.
The owner and his son were extremely rude. When I arrived the son announced that he wouldn't check me in until he finished his lunch. He said if I didn't like it then I could take my business elsewhere. I told him no one informed us he had a lunch period when we booked it 4 hours previously. The owner then accused me of calling his son a "liar". Overall a terrible customer service experience.philip D.

The people renting were professional and quick! The truck had some issues. It was VERY clean, but the AC did not work and it was 93 degrees out. Also the seatbelt on the passenger side would lock at all times. It was very uncomfortable for my passenger to ride along strapped to tight.Deb K.

Truck steering alignment was not correct. there was 3 inches of play between steering wheel and front wheel response making a 560 mile trip with my car in tow on a dolly a driving battle. my high level of driving skill and experience kept me between the road lines . Tried returning it to the Storage place all day. No one answered the phone..........wound up returning to B & E later in the day, but got charged for an extra day. If the other place would have been open, it wouldn't have been late.Alan I.
Rear tire was flat. But what I REALLY DON'T UNDERSTAND is why when he first rang it up it was $250....... When I rented the transporter going down there from the SAME CITY I rented from 4 weeks previously for about $150. When I questioned the difference the price came down $70....... But it is still more than I paid going from Panama City Beach to the Tampa area. I would think U Haul would WANT equipment taken OUT of South Florida.RICK P.
I am a local mover who uses Uhaul quite often. The other day I ordered a 26' truck from them for only 10 hours. They set my paperwork for 1.5 days and charged me for 2 instead! I asked the employee about being double charged and he said as long as it is returned before open the next day, I wouldn't be charged for the 2nd day. I returned the truck by 5:30-6pm the SAME DAY (they closed at 5pm). I got an email stating I would only be charged for the one day. However, my bank shows I was still charged for 2 days!!! I am LIVID! Employee didn't even bother to show me the truck to do the walk around inspection, it was still FILTHY, AND the gas was NOT correct, as it was supposed to be at a half tank, it was only at just above 3/8 and I returned it above a half tank (however, I did not even bother to complain about either of those). I also notice on the back of the Validation Tag that there was writing stating there is damage to the roof and that I accept the risk of water damage, yet the employee NEVER BROUGHT ANY OF THIS TO MY ATTENTION!!! This place does NOT know what they are doing, nor seem to care about their U-haul customers!!! I will NOT be using them again!!!!!!!!!James L.
