The location was closed and gated and no way of entering to park the vehicle so I had to park it outside of the gate and make sure it was secured. I also returned it earlier than the 2 days but still got charged along with more for mileage. So I'm very dissatisfied and never heard from Uhaul.

I reserved specifically at one location one week before pickup. Day before pick up get a text for another location. I called them to confirm, glad I did because pickup was for a different address. Truck had less than 1/4 tank with only 2 miles remaining. The location pickup was very sketchy and not advertised as a Uhaul.

After being sent to TWO Uhaul locations that did NOT have the trailer needed, B&E Trucking came through with a much needed trailer. I was frustrated for the uhaul online process sending me WRONG places but B&E Trucking calmed me and provided exactly what I needed to not give up on uhaul. I rent a LOT from uhaul and was about to quit but they provided great customer service. Highly recommend B&E Trucking

I passed 2 other uhaul locations including a very large u haul facility on way to drop off the vehicle so I’m not sure why I was directed to travel to this location.

Kevin was knowledgeable, patient, and kind when helping me troubleshoot getting the truck started. Very clear instructions for drop off and pickup and easy access to equipment.

If I reserve an appliance dolly, HAVE ONE AVAILABLE. If I choose NOT to purchase insurance, DON’T charge me for insurance anyway.

Trailer bed was dented bent etc.... they would not help with loading the car into the trailer we had to ask they assisted us at our urging the car rattled moved and shifted around , bolts were loose which none of this showed on the photos . One guy said oh those are extra chains and Found that they belonged on the car so he put them on for us it was the worst experience that I’ve had with U-Haul and I’ve been renting the same equipment for almost 10 years

They were able to detach trailer from truck. My advice is to have a trailer installed so women can detach trailer, be able to lock trailer in case of need to leave trailer and be able to hook up again without assistance.

Pick up of trailer was challenging as the key person was out of office and it took a significant amount of time to pick up trailer. However, the other staff was helpful and worked through the process. It was challenging as I was on a time schedule.

It took them almost an hour to get the paperwork right and I missed my appointment at the cemetery to make arrangements for my mother who had just passed. Then I went out to the truck and the battery was dead. At first they said they would have someone come replace it. Then they jumped it...told me to take it home and call roadside assistance. Therefore I had to wait another hour and a half for fleet to come replace the battery. All and all it was a terrible experience. Also picked up one that same day on fernandina road. It was a smooth transaction and I was in and out in 15 minutes.
