Kitonya TMy issue is not the location at all. UHaul switched my reservation to this location about an hour before my scheduled pick-up. i did not see the message as I had already left home to pick up the trailer at the original location. The building was locked but the trailer was parked by the door so I assumed it was left there for me. The original location reported the trailer stolen which put me at a high risk with law enforcement.

Jayvius II was changed location pick up3 times. This location was great as for getting me my equipment that I rent. When the truck I was suppose to have was broken ramp they got me another truck. Dealer was great, uhaul was terrible. Dealer before these people rented the truck out on me and wanted me to wait for it to be returned which was late getting back.

Justin AEverybody was polite and accommodating. The check in procedure was quick and simple. They were thorough with the trailer hook-up and lighting check. They performed an inspection inside and out to make sure the trailer was clean and asked if I had any other questions. Wonderful people I would be happy to do business with again.
Tom VI asked to be able to drop off at Fanning Springs but drop off on paperwork was for Newberry. I tried to drop truck off at Fanning Springs they wanted an extra $200 to drop it off there. What a joke. Hope I never have to use a Uhaul rental again.

Lynn NI’ve had a few bad experiences with UHaul over the years mainly not having reserved equipment ready. Gabby at B and G was wonderful. She restored my faith in this company. She made sure my equipment was ready and she called me to confirm. She should be a model of how to treat customers.

puler rThe location was great 27/7 Mobile pickup was terrible. We were lucky the office was still open because my 2 people never received the verification phone calls.
