There was a black oil-like substance in the back of the truck I rented that made moving belongings in and out of the truck very difficult. I spent the better part of an hour cleaning it up and never could quite get it all out. Not very happy with the condition the truck was in.JERRY B.
Id like to see photos of the fuel gauge after delivered. I know i put enough gas in before I turned that truck in. On fact i put more than I should have because I knew id get this treatment. Policy should be to film it up when returned, then take a picture just like you do for a hitch on your trailer.SHANE R.

No one was there when dropped off. I dropped of less than 24 hrs Just got the invoice only to see the charge for safe tow. I didn't authorize this charge. I'm disputing the safe tow fee I'm ok with the trailer rental fee. I'm a regular customer of Uhaul and s previous two Uhaul dealershipsSCOTT K.

On Saturday rented a Uhaul from this location at 9:02.I took a picture of the mileage before pulling off at 9:06. I got my receipt and they charged me for 54 miles I only went 21 miles. I contacted them and the district manager said I could have driven all those miles in 4 minutes and would not refund my money. The mileage wasn't right in their computer obviously. I took the picture but never thought to look at their paper work but seems like it shouldn't matter bc the time is on the picture.. 9:06 no way possible I could have drive that truck 54 miles in 4 minutes but Mr. Bryan thinks soANGELA J.

This location was eady for me to get to, easy to park the 20 ft truck ,as I was a very nervous driver. The staff was super friendly and very helpful. It was quick in and quick out. Would highly recommend this location to rent from or drop off too.Toni B.

Paid a substantial amount of money on the trip from Lebanon to Glasgow at drop off woman was very rude and abrasive about the truck being dirty. I was told about the visual inspection that was suppose to be done before accepting the uhaul but it was even mentioned. The gas reading was off from the paperwork but I took a video before pulling off and used that for evidence of where it really was when turning the truck in.Tanyanna H.

The truck had something that had been spilled on the floor. Maybe liquid laundry detergent. It was extremely slick and had to be avoided. I tried to clean it up but no luck. Thus, it also was raining the day I used the truck so our shoes were slick with the substance and we could not stand on the ramp. That made the move more difficult. I told the U haul business of the experience. I would recommend that all trucks be inspected for this type of situation. My son and myself always fell a few times and could have been injured. Very fortunate we didn't.Gary A.

The only bad thing with this experience was when I called the man was there. I dropped off truck and he said his wife checks it in nd she would be there later to do so. Then I would get an email. I looked for email didn't receive called him back and found out I'd get email Monday ( today). And I did. So all was good.KIMBERLY B.

My issue is not so much with the location but more with the runaround you gave me getting the truck. First I was to pick it up in Bowling Green. Then you moved me to Scottsville. The day of pickup, at 2:00 pm you moved me to Glasgow, KY and this made us backtrack 40 miles to get the truck. We were very unhappy with this piece and would request some money be returned for all our trouble.Scott P.
