B&T was awesome. The lady went above and beyond to help us. Unfortunately UHAUL FAILED MISERABLY!!!!! We made our reservation well in advance so there was NO EXCUSE for the items ordered not being available!!!!! We reserved 2 dolly’s (utility and furniture). Neither were there!!! As well, UHAUL always changes our pickup location and confirms “that EVERYTHING will remain the same”! Clearly NOT!!!!! I will not use UHAUL again, nor would I recommend it to anyone!! (I usually give good reviews but when the service is TERRIBLE and the people you speak with to get the problem resolved are rude….NOT going to give a good review….sorry!!!!) I called immediately

I have never added insurance. I know 100% that I did not add insurance to my order, but when I checked out they told me a higher price than what I was expecting. The app had told me the correct price when I finished my reservation. I asked how the price was so high and she couldn't give me an answer. I was in a hurry so I just accepted it. Only later after getting my receipt did I see that safetow had been added to my order. The employee added it when I picked up the trailer, without my permission.
James MMy only comment is that since I had to drive so far to drop off my rental I was charged an overage. That should be considered when mileage is calculated.
CONY GOf all of the U-Haul rentals I have done, this one was the worst. Would I recommend this location, that depends. I went online for the reservation, spoke to the rep at pickup, then when I returned it I found there to be extra charges. Read the receipt prior to leaving! My $18.43 rental charge turned into $47.00. She added a dolly and furniture pads. I told her I was moving soil less than 5 miles. Duh! Oh well.
