I called ahead and talked to someone and the person said there would be no one there when I drop off the trailer. I knew I would be unable to lift the trailer off the hitch as it was a 6 x 12 enclosed trailer and very heavy with no drop down foot to lift the hitch off the trailer, it would need to be lifted. I asked for someone to meet me there. He arranged it but the person did not show up on time and I had to wait 20 minutes for him.Nancy M.

The individual who checked in my equipment was less than cordial to deal with as I was returning my equipment. From the moment I got out of my car, they repeatedly told me that a mask was not necessary as the coronavirus "is a hoax" and "isn't real." They also took particular issue with the final question that was required of them to ask when returning equipment, the one about whether or not the equipment had come into contact with anyone who was known to have Covid-19, again repeating the "hoax" narrative. After this interaction was done, they strictly told me to park the equipment "somewhere over there" and to "get off the property quickly." While the rental process and quality of the equipment was great, as always, the entire interaction with the individual in charge at the return location was less than satisfactory for the customer and I would not recommend this location to anyone.Andrew T.

We were to receive 175 extra miles because there were no trucks In the area where we needed it. We were charged for extra miles. The gas gauge was under 1/2 when we picked it up so we filled to that exact place and got charged for extra gas.darline D.

The trailer blew out the tire on our way from Minnesota to Texas. When I reviewed the condition of all the tires, the treads were not adequate and the tires needed to be replaced. Thankfully my wife wasn't hurt and didn't crash when the tire blew. It's negligent to have a trailer with poor treads before leaving on a 1500 mile trip. Then the guy that showed up in Oklahoma to put the replacement tire on put on a tire with about the same tread life!DOUGLAS S.

What Can you do to improve for the next customer? Respond. I was charged for returning a truck With a 1/4 tank of gas. I returned it full. I inquired about it and nobody responded. So I ended up paying $50 dollars for gas I already put in the truck. I'm VERY disappointed. I drove the truck 100 miles. That would not even equate to using 3/4 of a tank.Mark G.

There was zero customer service at this location. The business operator expected the female handicapped customer to hook the trailer herself. She objected, then had to wait 30 minutes for the business operator to find someone to hook up the trailer. Will never recommend this location to anyone.Robin R.
Staff was very rude. Told me to call an 800 number to check the trailer in and questioned me as to why I had not done this before returning it to the location. She said to just put the blankets down and they would get to them. I called the 800 number and the women told me since it was July 4th that it may take until Monday for it to be checked back in. I checked the following Wednesday and my rental was still active and had not been checked in. I called and spoke with Tim who stated he was heading to the location and would check the trailer in. Tim told me that I would not be charged for additional days. I would not recommend this location to anyone.Roy W.

The truck was filthy. The lady that I dealt with had no working knowledge of how to do her job. She was completely incompetent and did not seem to wish to deal with customers. I received no paperwork upon pick up and she was more interested in her pizza on her desk than the line of customers waiting to be served. The next day I needed to pick up a trailer (unfortunately at same location) the owner was there and the entire check out took 15 minutes. Perfect as opposed to the 1.5 hours required for previous lady to tell me she didn't know anything and just take the truck as is.doug M.

I am happy about the location and how the rep dealt with the rental, but I am pretty disappointing in Uhaul overall. I have rented trucks for so many years. Always get a 26 footer this time of year due to an important event I do and never an issue. This time, although reserving weeks in advance, the 26 was not available and ended up with a 20 footer and a trailer. Paying significantly extra due to the trailer cost which dug into my budget negatively. Additionally, the extra time to deal with a trailer. If there was another truck company, I would use them.PAUL F.
