Super friendly folks. I came and they help me get my tow dolly. They had a fresh cup of coffee for me and help me plan a big move down to Arizona setting me up for the future. I’m happy to let all people know if they need equipment that they are wonderful to work with.

Dont continue to charge them for months afterwards especially when they have more than paid for services used and returned the truck with more gas than it had when they received the truck and dropped it off cleaner than it was and has been in a long time though late but thats not good enough of a reason to charge them repeatedly for over 7 weeks especially when they were hospitalized and they were only 2 days late but you have been charging me at least 3 to 4 times the original 2 days that I paid the first day late and the 2nd day late I paid for additional day and only owed for an additional day when dropped off so why have I been charged the original 2 day charge+ plus 2 times and yesterday a 3rd time was attempted while uhaul corporate shows rental paid in full at drop off and still does with no records of anything owed and or any other charges being made etc... since then I have rented other trucks and trailers without incident and for 3rd time I have been told by uhaul that I owe nothing and why doesn't the $84 cash I gave you for the additional day at time of dropoff show on anything and why was I not emailed a receipt like I was told that I would be since with that last cash payment I was told that everything was good and everyone was happy and I left knowing that I owed nothing more having paid for the 4 days I had the truck well 3 days and 6 hours and left it cleaner and with more gas yet still over $500 later still trying to charge my account $258 please explain thisfraud

The owners were great. They were kind, helpful and professional. Their hours are really accommodating which made it easy to get a truck after work. It is not a big, fancy office. But it is good people providing great service

The worker took a long time to come out and help me. Once they did, it was an easy drop off. She was easy to work with. The person who called me to change the drop off location was not helpful because I ended up traveling an extra 15 minutes to a location I was told was closer to where I moved. I was frustrated.
