WOWWW....My experience was weird; I'm used to communicating with a individual at the location. So for me it was frustrating and if my son wasn't with me, I probably would have left. Just the anxiety with moving and frustrating me with all those processes hit different. Truck was clean but I was charged for a hand truck and moving blankets that were not inside the truck. Overall experience , Grateful to have had the truck to move.

Luke LClerk stated that I could return truck @12 and it would be no extra charge. Truck was on empty and she stated she would make a note of that but did not.
