Front desk staff had no idea what they were doing but also the manager. I reserved a 1 day one-way rental but spent an hour with them arguing because they said I could only do a 2 day rental for a one-way trip. The manage even said he had to pay for 2 days when he did a one-way rental...complete lie because eventually they managed to fix what ever mess they created.
FINE VAgent was alone and unable to help with hookup. A tongue jack onsite would have been most helpful. The entire process took over one hour. Agent, while as helpful as possible, was clearly unfamiliar with the rental process.
Arthur KDid not explained or showed me what type of vehicle Im receiving. Had to cancel the rent after I see the vehicle as it is not big enough. Do not know weather I’ll receive a refund.
Daththa Bcan needed some attention - windows dirty & dashboard showing tire was low. Otherwise the location was very good for me & people i rented it from were very accommodating
gary pI was charged $71 for a 6 hour rental that I drove a total of less than 15 miles. It was a van. I don’t see how this makes sense, kind of a rip off.
