The folks at Barefootz were fantastic! They checked the inside of trailer and commented on how clean it was. I shared with them what happened about paying for blankets (from U-Haul) and not getting any - they were very apologetic albeit not their fault. I also told them about the badly damaged light kit and they took it off trailer and offered to pay me for the new kit I had to purchase (I declined their offer).

He was friendly enough and somewhat helpful. Internet on his phone was not working. Said he would get me a receipt as soon as possible. I didn't like leaving not having things finalized. I still have not gotten an email receipt as of 10:30 pm now and I turned in the truck at 1:30 pm. Hopefully I'll see something tomorrow. First time that has happened to me using a Uhaul.

They did not have furniture pads and we had ordered them. The check in process took forever even though I had already checked in online. She scared me and made me think that the truck there was for another customer. Very stressful experience.
