The truck was actually only at a half tank (which the manager made note of verbally but we didn't feel like waiting for him to run off to fill it as the process already took an hour to complete and we had our friends waiting to help us get the move done). A huge U Haul truck had been parked (without their permission) in the middle of the small parking lot which was the primary hassle as someone had to come up from another location to get it moved out as keys had been dropped off elsewhere. Manager himself was AMAZING.

Flagstaff uhaul sent me to a different location to get a truck saying they didnt have any. Got my truck and went to this location to unpack my ubox to find that they had plenty of trucks. Had to pay more milage because they just didnt want to deal with a truck rental. Unacceptable.
Timothy PI had a stressful experience. I had to wait 30 minutes past my pick up time because the employee didn’t know what to do. Then once I finally got the keys to the truck i had reserved I was instructed to drive to another u-haul location to get the truck unlocked! I am upset that it took 45 minutes before I could even have access to use the truck. I would like a refund for this extra time it took due to the incompetence of the process. I will not be using or recommending this service to anyone through this location.
