My credit card information was comprised and no one has yet apologized or done anything to assist me or refunded anything for all the problems that caused me while moving. Ghat us a horrible service and a horrible response my the field manager. He was too busy with his vacation and left no one else incharge to handle these situations.

Hello, we were not happy that our pick up location was changed at the last moment to a location in a really sketchy neighborhood 30 minutes away where we should have been. It took 30 minutes to pick up a truckas the person where complaining about a bad internet connection and then several charges came to the credit card we used to pay for a truck. We do not even see Uhaul charge, but there are several charges in Fresno and Georgia that happened at the time we were packing and loading. This pick up location at 1441 W Shields Ave in Fresno should not even exist as it is not safe and trustworthy. This was the worst experience we ever had with the Uhaul. The Cameron Park location for the drop off was wonderful.

My account on the app had a different address for pick up. I to travel another 20 minutes to pick up. The supplies i ordered were not available.

This location was very hard to find. Very poorly marked. The location was also a tshirt store. The clothing like was vulgar. I was offended and frightened to be in the store. My appointment was to pick up at 4pm. A girl called me and told me not to come then. They were going to lunch! We had to wait until five. When we got there a little after five, the man chastised me for being late!!!!! He was going to close! So unprofessional! Not what we expect from U-Haul at all.

Make sure employees are doing their jobs adequately and that they are knowledgeable! Terrible experience trash and someone’s fridge was in my U-Haul rental. Bad information given out regarding the rental as well.
