Barnes Exxon was fine. Annoying phone call from UHaul suggesting different trailer, inappropriate for my purposes.

Kenneth WI paid $300 for 2 movers for 3 hours. A dolly and an appliance dolly. None of that was available. I was unable to contact anyone regarding the 2 movers.

Mary GWould recommend updating your checkout application so that it is more “person-centered” instead of “equipment-centered”. This way if you have one person checking out multiple items, as I did, then you don’t have to re-enter the renter’s information multiple times, which should speed up the checkout process.

I had made the original reservation at a location only 2 miles from my home but the day before my reservation uhaul called me and told me the closest truck I needed was 62 miles away. I was not happy about having to drive over an hour one way just to pick up the truck.

phil eAsked for rental Saturday June 6, place got busy and Jerry was having difficulty with his CC machine, this was on June 5. He called the number to CC and got approval, handed me the key and said here ya go Mr. Powell. He put rental for June 5 not June 6, I took key and said I’ll be back later after 5 for truck, this was a Friday and my mice was still working so I couldn’t use truck till then. That screw up caused me to move into the night so truck could be back Saturday by 12. Truck said full tank and when I picked it up, it was below full. Guess if he had done a walk through on truck I might have caught that. Truck had a bad shimmy and drivers side door had been damaged, had to slam hard to get to shut. Worst experience ever. So much for helping the little guy out, next time will use U-Hauls suggestion.
